Willow Vale

Located in the Gold Coast hinterland, Willow Vale is a quiet and peaceful area popular with families and retirees. Surrounded by the suburbs of Upper Coomera and Ormeau, the majority of homes in Willow Vale are single unit dwellings with traditional Queenslanders and brick and tile houses the most popular. The area has experienced some development with a few new housing estates established. Given its rural location, there are no schools in Willow Vale itself, however, there are ample primary and secondary schools in nearby suburbs. Residents also have to travel to Upper Coomera for major amenities such as shopping centres and large supermarkets.
