Doolandella

Doolandella is a semi-rural and still developing suburb 20km south of the Brisbane CBD. Because of the rural and sparsely populated nature of the suburb, it is more often than considered as part of the nearby residential development of Forest Lake. As one of the few suburbs within the 20km radius of the Brisbane CBD with abundant land supply, the suburb of Doolandella is fast being developed with a number of new subdivisions being released, including townhouse / duplex complexes. The suburb has many opportunities for people interested in acreage lifestyle in a bushscape environment. While there are no services such as schools or shopping centres in Doolandella itself, being so close to Forest Lake, the area has the advantages of that community’s amenities. Source: REIQ
